  • Schedule and attend video calls to configure and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks
  • Resolve inbound Zendesk tickets about hardware and payments
  • Travel to client sites for on-site diagnostics, installs, and repairs
  • Maintain expert FareHarbor hardware knowledge (EMV readers, Boca printers, scanners)
  • Update the Help Center with hardware and payment topics
  • Liaise between vendors, internal teams, clients, and payment providers

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience supporting EMV devices, Boca ticket printers, and POS peripherals
  • Background in SaaS or information technology
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Self-starter who can manage daily workload independently
  • Demonstrates ability to mentor teammates through coaching and support
  • Experience with TeamViewer or similar remote access
