- Proven end-to-end packaging program ownership with multiple suppliers.
- Deep understanding of packaging development, tooling, REL/ship testing.
- Strong program and stakeholder management; scheduling and risk tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; supplier reviews.
- Autonomy in ambiguous environments; fast, principled decision-making.
