Lead cross-functional hardware programs from development to mass production
Manage schedules, risks, and priorities with contract manufacturers
Own factory relationships and ramp for new products
Drive day-to-day NPI through sustaining phases with readiness
Plan capacity, equipment, fixtures, and materials for ramp
Collaborate with engineering, planning, and product marketing to balance supply and demand

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of industry and project management experience
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent English and Mandarin communications
Ability to travel up to ~40% internationally
Experience with supply chain management / manufacturing (preferred)
