Hardware Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own mass production, QA, and CM management.
• Lead CM through ramp and mass production.
• Drive build readiness, production schedules, and on-time delivery.
• Manage yield, capacity planning, and factory performance.
• Define inspection standards, acceptance criteria, and controls.
• Drive yield improvements, RCA, and CAPA actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in hardware operations, manufacturing, QA, or PM.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese for tech discussions with factory leads/suppliers.
• Able to travel up to 25% domestically/internationally.
• Proven experience releasing products into mass production.
• Strong experience managing contract manufacturers and ramp/NPI.
