🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Hands-on experience integrating complex electro-mechanical systems in aerospace/UAS/robotics/R&D
- Prototype assembly, wiring, cable harness fabrication, and electro-mechanical build/rework
- Experience with CAD tools to design components; familiar with test equipment and rapid prototyping
- Experience working with systems/software engineers to implement interfaces
- Exposure to embedded software or driver development; minor driver modifications advantageous
