• 3+ years experience managing operational teams
• A passion for leading emerging teams in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with datacenter hardware and infrastructure
• Experience coaching staff on challenging issues with scalable solutions
• Proven ability to create processes and cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Enthusiasm for staffing, interviewing, growing and retaining talent
