- Self-motivated problem solver who takes ownership and drives to completion.
- Strong communication to present design work and field test results.
- Leadership on hands-on engineering teams (FSAE, Baja SAE, etc).
- CAD proficiency to enable cross-functional contributions.
- Electronics, coding, or PCBA design experience.
