🎯 Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3-6 years of digital hardware design experience
- Experience integrating embedded processors or switch ASICs
- Strong understanding of high-speed digital design principles
- Ability to read schematics, guide PCB layout, and debug hardware
- Experience with network switching hardware or complex embedded systems
- Experience with SERDES, high-speed signaling
