📋 Description

  • Perform failure analysis of satellite hardware; identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to improve reliability.
  • Use schematics, test equipment, and inspection for PCBA failure investigations.
  • Work with test engineers to maintain feedback loop and improve test assets.
  • Monitor yields and quality metrics; drive corrective actions for non-conforming products.
  • Conduct benchtop environmental testing to validate robustness.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in electrical/computer engineering, physics, or related STEM.
  • 1+ years in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability (internships ok).
  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (preferred).
  • 3+ years of industry experience with electronic hardware.
  • Experience with digital/mixed-signal designs, power electronics, or RF.
  • Proficient in Python or C/C++ for test automation and data analysis.
