ABOUT THE ROLE

Role: 6 month Full-Time Contract (1099)Pay: $75 - $80/hourWork Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in the U.S.)Visa Sponsorship: Not available (including H1B transfers)

This contract is based on a 6 month, ∼40-hour per week contract with the potential to convert to a full-time, salaried employee status (with full benefits) based on performance and business needs.

Happy Money is seeking a HubSpot Administrator (Contract) to help us optimize and scale our lead generation, nurturing, and analytics efforts. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in setting up and optimizing our marketing automation processes, lead management systems, and data integrations to drive scalable growth and campaign performance. You’ll be the engine behind seamless lead flow, campaign execution, and marketing insights. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in HubSpot, a strong foundation in digital marketing, and a data-driven mindset. You will be responsible for building automated workflows, integrating platforms, managing CRM configuration, and supporting cross-channel marketing programs that drive meaningful customer engagement and conversion.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is ideal for someone with both technical marketing know-how and strong operational instincts, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

HubSpot Automation & CRM Configuration

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle stage transitions.
  • Configure custom objects, properties, and pipelines to reflect business requirements.
  • Leverage HubSpot’s CRM and Marketing Hub tools to improve data structure, segmentation, and marketing operations efficiency.
  • Create custom forms, landing pages, and email journeys to support awareness, upsell, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot custom objects, HUBDB, and technical configuration (DNS, domains, authentication)

Platform Integration & API Management

  • Integrate HubSpot with external tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LoanPro, Zapier, and third-party APIs.
  • Ensure seamless data syncing, troubleshoot integration issues, and build custom API solutions as needed.
  • Support technical setup including DNS/domain configuration, email login and verification, opt-outs, and authentication flows.

Marketing Execution

  • Launch marketing campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub: create landing pages, forms, email sequences, and SMS journeys.
  • Connect and manage paid ads, social media, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to support awareness, upsell, and remarketing initiatives.

Data & Reporting

  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot to monitor campaign performance and funnel KPIs.
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, and other tools to drive strategic decisions.
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion.

 

ABOUT YOU
  • 3+ years of experience in HubSpot marketing automation and CRM administration
  • Proven experience managing complex workflow automations and lead nurturing journeys
  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools and API-based platforms
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing across email, paid, SMS, and social
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a hands-on marketing ops role

 

BONUS POINTS FOR
  • Experience with financial services, FinTech
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • SQL or scripting experience for API/data work
