🎯 Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in related work
- Experience reflecting real-world OT tasks to inform AI models
- Evaluate and analyze patients' abilities to set rehab goals and record progress
- Plan and conduct OT programs; coordinate with rehab teams; recommend equipment
- Able to participate in asynchronous work with leading AI labs
