Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder
Empower patients with home programs and recovery strategies
Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary team
Maintain high clinical standards and 5-star patient service

🎯 Requirements

Licensure or eligible to practice OT/PT in New York
Level II fieldwork in hand therapy or equivalent
If transitioning, CE coursework in upper extremity rehabilitation
Commitment to becoming Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with team support
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and NY license
