- Streamline campaign ops with playbooks and automation to speed delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (agency or SaaS).
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads and at least one other paid platform (Meta or Reddit).
- Experience running 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns with measurable results.
- CRM and marketing automation proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong in reporting, attribution, and funnel diagnostics (UTM tracking, pivots).
- Conversion tracking and audience syncing (Tag Manager, Analytics events).
- Familiar with low-code/automation tools (Clay, Make, N8N, or Zapier).
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, dashboards, or ETL.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary range: $120,000 – $150,000.
- This range excludes bonuses, stock options, or benefits.
