🎯 Requirements

  • 4-5 years in B2C marketing, CRM, or lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing a direct report.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven approach; Tableau a plus.
  • Hands-on CRM tools (Braze, Klaviyo, Oracle) and multi-channel CRM (email, SMS, in-app, push); Asana.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary: $91,163–$113,000 USD; varies by location.
