📋 Description

  • Partner Growth Strategy: Design and execute multichannel strategies to accelerate partner-led revenue.
  • Incentive & Engagement Campaigns: Create and manage sales incentive programs and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Acceleration Program: Lead Tier 1 partner acceleration and provide strategic marketing consultancy.
  • Demand Gen & Enablement: Develop training campaigns and sales plays to enable the ecosystem.
  • Strategic MDF Management: Oversee MDF allocation for high-ROI digital co-marketing.
  • Ecosystem Optimization: Manage white-label assets and co-branded landing pages to boost conversions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Marketing, with Partner Growth, Trade Marketing, or Channel Program Management.
  • Deep expertise in incentive mechanics and engagement loops that drive partner loyalty.
  • Highly analytical mindset; track pipeline impact and ROI per partner.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge with Hubspot, Salesforce (SF), SFMC, Amplitude, Asana; PRM tools a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
