Senior Product Design Manager, Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Payroll design to help small businesses pay on time.
• Define and communicate long-term UX vision for Payroll, rally teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Ops to set strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead AI/automation initiatives to simplify payroll with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Research/Data to uncover insights and set UX priorities.
• Influence roadmaps by advocating design quality and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years product design, 3+ years in people management.
• Experience leading design direction across multiple teams and influencing strategy.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and influence cross-functional partners.
• Experience with B2B/B2C/SaaS, ideally in regulated domains.
• Deep systems thinking; translate complex workflows into scalable experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrates high-quality UX and visual design.

• Cash compensation: $172,000-$215,000 (Denver/remote) and $202,000-$253,000 (SF/Seattle/NY).
