📋 Description

• Lead HR operations for designated clients: hire, onboard, retain talent.
• Drive high-performance practices and operational excellence.
• Coach leadership and employees on performance and engagement.
• Plan workforce: assess capabilities, gaps, succession.
• Translate business needs into a comprehensive People Plans.
• Provide org development support: design, coaching, change management.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years HR experience as a People Operations Specialist and/or HR Generalist.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Proficiency with HR software, Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Zoom.
• Strong tech savviness with cutting-edge workplace tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Significant experience with workforce analytics.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $98k-$115k (Denver/most cities); $119k-$140k (NY/SF).
• Hybrid work model with 2-3 days in office per week.
