Your Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technology role is an exciting opportunity for a talent acquisition professional interested in working with our AI, Data, and Software Engineering teams across Toronto, New York City, and beyond. We are a fast-paced, high growth company headquartered in NYC. You will be part of a global team of more than thirty Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece, and the U.K.

This person will perform full-cycle recruiting/sourcing and own Technology talent acquisition needs on an ongoing basis across all our locations. This role will involve direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in AI, Software Engineering, QA, IT, Data, Product Development in the USA and Toronto markets.

A Day in Your New Role:

  • Identify and source qualified talent focusing on AI Engineering, Data and Product roles
  • Proactively build and maintain pipelines of qualified technical talent via direct sourcing using cutting-edge recruitment methods, referrals, and networking events
  • Maintain data that will expose trends and patterns to help influence hiring practices and process integrity
  • Use Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS), and other recruiting tools to track applicants and manage workflow
  • Exhibit high attention to detail and work with Hiring Managers to prioritize roles and meet overall hiring needs
  • Create strategies around building a talent pipeline and recruit with diverse
  • Have a proven interest in the intersection of recruiting and tech

Qualities You Have

  • BA/BS degree and 4-8 years relevant technology recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment with an emphasis on proactive sourcing. Preference will be given to candidates who have recruited for AI Engineers.
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using direct sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow, GitHub, Boolean, X-ray Search and networking events
  • Deep knowledge about the tech talent market and industry landscape trends
  • Proven ability working with different tech roles: AI, QA, IT, and Product
  • Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
  • Exhibit a global view and can effectively work with colleagues within a global environment
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

We’ve Got You Covered

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
