📋 Description

  • Serve as dedicated AM to support the Account Executive and grow accounts.
  • Day-to-day: respond to inquiries and move to resolution.
  • Liaise between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint resources for the AE.
  • Build knowledge of products, industry, vendors, and GPS services.
  • Maintain relationships with key vendors and customer bases; leverage resources.
  • Close renewals, upsell, and net-new sales with AE guidance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven success in Inside Sales.
  • Cyber Security experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and follow through.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
