  • Advise internal clients on employment-related legal issues (performance, terminations, investigations)
  • Partner with HR to maintain compliant policies, handbooks, and training
  • Oversee interactions with outside counsel across jurisdictions
  • Monitor and interpret changes in labor and employment laws
  • Assess legal risks with the legal team on corporate initiatives and regulatory issues
  • Develop and implement general corporate policies and compliance framework

  • J.D. with 3+ yearsโ€™ experience practicing law (litigation or corporate)
  • Experience in employment law and litigation
  • Experience working in an international, collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Base salary $160,000 - $200,000 USD
