- 2+ yrs prod AI apps with LLMs; RAG; vector DBs (Pinecone/Elasticsearch); multi-agent.
- AI evaluation/observability: MLflow, LLM Judges; monitoring and drift.
- LangChain/LlamaIndex familiarity.
