  • Serve as the primary guest contact via phone, email, and OTA channels.
  • Manage guest communications across pre-arrival, in-stay, post-departure.
  • Resolve complaints quickly and empathetically while protecting company interests.
  • Own the full reservation process: confirmations, modifications, cancellations.
  • Coordinate early check-ins/late check-outs with housekeeping and field teams.
  • Monitor guest feedback and drive internal service improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Native-level English (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years in short-term rental guest services, reservations, or front office.
  • Experience with PMS platforms (Guesty preferred, Track, or similar).
  • Booking platforms: Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work remotely.
