- Manage guest communications across pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-departure.
- Resolve complaints quickly and empathetically to protect guest satisfaction and company interests.
- Proactively handle booking changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Own the full reservation process: confirmations, changes, cancellations.
- Coordinate early check-ins/late check-outs with housekeeping and field teams.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Native-level English (written and verbal).
- 2+ years in guest services, reservations, or front office.
- High attention to detail and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- PMS platforms (Cloudbeds preferred; Track or similar).
- Experience with booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
