- Experience hiring GTM roles (SDR, BDM/AE, CSM) in B2B SaaS
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Structured, deep assessment approach
- Strong commitment to candidate experience and high hiring standards
- KPI-driven mindset with autonomy and full project ownership
- Data-driven: track funnel metrics and improve outcomes
- Stakeholder management: advise hiring managers and influence decisions
