Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager
Co-design the assessment process when needed: scorecards, interview plans, evaluation tools
Maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, quality signals) and use insights to improve outcomes
Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage top talent proactively
Evaluate candidates' competencies and values fit using structured methods (screening calls, CBI interviews, etc.)
Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
