🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years global full-cycle recruitment
- Experience hiring GTM roles in B2B SaaS
- English proficiency at C1 or higher
- Structured, deep assessment approach
- Stakeholder management: advise hiring managers and influence decisions
- Nice to have: competency-based interviewing, strong networking, additional languages
