📋 Description

• Own Salesforce for GTM data system of record.
• Configure and optimize GTM stack integrations for clean data.
• Lay data foundation: clean records, field hygiene, reliable integrations.
• Define roles, permissions, and data hygiene standards.
• Execute GTM systems roadmap with RevOps and cross-team inputs.
• Stay close to AI-native tooling and identify improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years Salesforce admin in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
• AI fluency in practice: use AI tools daily.
• Deep Salesforce fluency: custom objects, flows, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Hands-on with tools in our stack (Outreach, Gong, Clay, Nooks, Spiff).
• Integration fluency across a multi-tool stack and data flows.
• Obsession with data quality and ownership.
