GTM Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Own the quote-to-cash systems architecture for Salesforce, CPQ, Spiff with NetSuite integrations.
• Drive automation across revenue lifecycle: build scalable integrations from opportunity to invoice.
• Lead CPQ rollouts, billing upgrades, and vendor transitions end-to-end.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems; define ARR, booking, and billing; single source of truth.
• Enable global ops with multi-currency quoting, billing, and reporting.
• Support commissions automation: automate compensation logic in Spiff.
• Bridge business and technical teams; translate needs into scalable system solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business systems, RevOps, or finance systems in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce and CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, DealHub).
• Experience designing quote-to-cash architecture with cross-system integrations (billing, revenue recognition, commissions).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite) and order management/billing workflows.
• Experience with data warehouses and reverse ETL tools (Snowflake, Census).
• Strong project management and systems implementation background; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
