🎯 Requirements

- Experience running discovery with business stakeholders and pushing back on scope.
- Hands-on with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Forethought, Catalyst, Gainsight, or comparable CS tools.
- Operate without PM/QA: write tests, own deployments, and catch bugs.
