GTM Systems Engineer (AI & Automation)

📋 Description

• Own optimization of GTM tech ecosystem via automation and AI workflows.
• Design and deploy automation across Clay, Gong, ChurnZero, Claude, and GTM platforms.
• Build AI-powered workflows for research, enrichment, summarization, and insights.
• Identify friction and design scalable automation to improve usability and data flow.
• Maintain Salesforce architecture and data structures to support integrations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops and GTM teams to gather requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in GTM systems, Revenue/Sales Ops, or automation roles.
• Strong Salesforce architecture, objects, and data modeling; integrations.
• Experience designing automation or AI workflows with Clay, Claude, Zapier, Make.
• Experience with Gong, enrichment tools, marketing automation, or sales engagement systems.
• Systems thinker who connects tools, data, and workflows.
• Identifies friction and translates challenges into scalable automation.
