GTM Systems & Data Manager

📋 Description

• Manage, optimize, and evolve GTM tech stack, including tools such as Salesforce, ChiliPiper, Marketo, Gong, and Clay
• Lead administrator of Salesforce CRM, aligning configuration with sales/marketing processes and ensuring data from upstream systems is captured within Salesforce
• Manage integrations across all go-to-market systems and ensure high-quality data is captured and delivered across the stack
• Help go-to-market teams identify, evaluate, and implement new tools and processes to further enhance go-to-market capabilities
• Build data models using DBT and Snowflake to aggregate, transform, and analyze go-to-market data from all relevant systems
• Create reporting to generate actionable insights and tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, go-to-market systems, or related roles with direct responsibility for technical systems and data management
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing data/metrics, particularly in SaaS
• Deep experience with Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Attention to detail and commitment to “showing your work” through good documentation
