πŸ“‹ Description

  • Serve as primary Salesforce ops contact across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal, Product, and Finance.
  • Triage and resolve Salesforce inquiries; identify root causes and implement scalable improvements.
  • Define and maintain standardized Salesforce workflows to reduce ambiguity.
  • Partner with developers to scope, test, and deploy enhancements; track via UAT and schedule releases.
  • Audit data quality and governance; monitor updates affecting customer records.
  • Improve UX, build reports and dashboards, and maintain clear system documentation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years as Salesforce Administrator in a Sales/Revenue org.
  • Hands-on Salesforce config: custom objects, formulas, flows, rules, reports, dashboards.
  • Experience with CPQ/Revenue Cloud or similar quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture; basic SOQL/SQL.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and system enhancements independently.
  • Experience creating/maintaining docs for technical and non-technical users.
