Own day-to-day administration of the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, DealHub, HubSpot, Gong
Manage incoming requests from Sales, CS, and Marketing; triage priorities and deliver solutions
Troubleshoot system bugs, data quality issues, and user access problems
Build and maintain custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation
Collaborate with GTM leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Create documentation and conduct user training for new features or process changes

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years RevOps/Sales Ops experience
Hands-on Salesforce Admin (Sales Cloud required; CPQ a plus)
Working knowledge of GTM tools (HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft)
Strong problem-solving; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational time management
