Own AI intake and delivery across Sales and CSG; define requirements and metrics.
Build and ship AI workflows end-to-end; map processes and deploy agents.
Partner cross-functionally to align requirements and data governance.
Embed guardrails: permissions, auditability, compliance.
Launch rollout with training, office hours, and feedback.
Ensure quality: QA, versioning, docs, runbooks, release notes.

🎯 Requirements

3-7+ years in Revenue Ops, GTM Systems, Sales/CS Ops.
Ability to translate ambiguous GTM problems into root causes and improvements.
Strong judgment and follow-through; move ideas to rollout.
Comfort with APIs/webhooks, JSON, and SQL (BigQuery preferred).
Salesforce fluency across pipeline, lifecycle, and post-sales.
Familiarity with GTM Systems like Salesloft, Zoominfo, Clari, D&B, DemandTools.
