GTM Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer GTM tools that integrate with Salesforce (CPQ, sales engagement, routing)
• Own day-to-day configuration and improvements across the RevOps tech stack
• Ensure reliable data flows and minimal manual effort
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admin on objects, workflows, and reporting
• Maintain Salesforce data models, permissions, and flows
• Support Salesforce enhancements without owning the platform
• Translate RevOps requirements into scalable system solutions
• Identify inefficiencies and automate processes
• Build docs, workflows, and lightweight end-user training
• Establish data quality, governance, and change practices
• Participate in tool evaluation and implementation
• Balance speed with long-term scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years experience supporting GTM, RevOps, or revenue systems in a B2B SaaS
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (admin, power user, or systems partner)
• Experience administering or supporting tools that integrate with Salesforce
• Solid understanding of core revenue workflows (lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewals)
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting systems as the business evolves
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset toward internal teams
• Nice to have: CPQ experience, RCA CPQ
• Nice to have: Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
• Nice to have: Automation or integration tools (Workato, Zapier, Tray)
• Nice to have: Exposure to Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or RevOps analytics
• Nice to have: Salesforce certifications
