GTM Strategy Lead Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Ops to translate questions into data models.
• Build data assets and a semantic layer for reporting and AI front ends.
• Data integrity and governance: ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Deep dive analysis: conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover root causes of business problems.
• Forecasting and modeling: build forecasts, predictive models, and scenario planning.
• Tool and technology: BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Python, and R.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 6-8 years experience in data analytics, BI, or similar roles.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Deep experience with data warehousing and cloud platforms such as Snowflake and DBT.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities; ownership; mentoring.
