  • Experience: 5+ years in GTM Operations, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Ops, Enterprise SaaS.
  • Analytical Power: Proficient in SQL and BI tools (Metabase).
  • Systems Expert: Advanced Salesforce; familiarity with LeanData, Outreach, Marketo, SQL, GSuite.
  • Owner Mentality: Self-starter; able to operate independently and influence stakeholders.
  • Global Perspective: Experience or interest in international markets and time zones.
  • Structured Thinker: Ability to frame questions with data and drive process improvements.
