- Primary contact for strategic/operational questions for Americas Commercial leadership.
- Drive growth and efficiency for Americas Commercial sales; pilot regional projects.
- Design, launch, and lead transformation programs; improve regional strategy and ops.
- Set up and own regional operations (QBRs, forecasting, pipeline, reporting).
- Hands-on problem solving; balance big-picture planning with tactical execution.
- Independently launch global programs; align stakeholders across departments to drive projects to completion.
π― Requirements
- 3-5 years in GTM strategy, mgmt consulting, or investment banking; 2+ years in GTM Strategy & Ops.
- Strong ownership: own and measure outcomes with sales, marketing, channels, alliances, and customer success.
- Strong analytical problem solving; model operational questions with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to develop actionable recommendations and process improvements from data.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Equally comfortable with big picture and details.
- Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Metabase) and Salesforce or willingness to learn.
