  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; model dashboards.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce) with reports, workflows, and data quality.
  • Strong communication and PM skills; distill information and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Action‑oriented, resourceful; knows when to ship quick vs thorough solutions.
  • Genuine curiosity about using AI to boost productivity.
