📋 Description

  • Own CPQ quote accuracy and hygiene in Salesforce; keep quotes clean.
  • First point of contact for deal desk; route non-standard/high-value deals to Pricing Lead.
  • Manage pricing escalation triage; apply routing logic; escalate routine matters.
  • Maintain quote-to-close compliance; flag deviations; surface patterns.
  • Own Salesforce governance and data quality; field triage; collaborate with BizOps.
  • Support SalesLoft cadence governance and HubSpot campaigns with BizOps.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics at a SaaS company.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience—data governance, reporting, and workflows; CPQ experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SalesLoft, HubSpot, or equivalent sales engagement and marketing automation platforms.
  • Reaches for AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to draft reports or prototype solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills; high judgment; ability to pull, structure, and present data; cross-functional communication.
