🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics at a SaaS company.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience—data governance, reporting, and workflows; CPQ experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with SalesLoft, HubSpot, or equivalent sales engagement and marketing automation platforms.
- Reaches for AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to draft reports or prototype solutions.
- Strong analytical skills; high judgment; ability to pull, structure, and present data; cross-functional communication.

- Base salary range: $120,000 - $135,000; eligible for variable compensation program.
