- Partner with leadership; coach hiring managers through the process.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and inclusive teams.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
- High-touch recruiting style; respect candidates’ and managers’ time.
- Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
