🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, in-house environment.
• Track record sourcing, qualifying, and closing GTM talent in Tokyo.
• Partner with leadership; coach hiring managers through the process.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and inclusive teams.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
• High-touch recruiting style; respect candidates’ and managers’ time.
• Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
