- Strong business partnering with senior commercial leaders.
- Designed structured interview processes and scalable workflows.
- Familiar with B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise tech hiring.
- Hands-on Ashby ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, Gem).
- Interest in generative AI and building foundational teams.
