🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of recruiting experience in Corporate, GTM, or G&A.
• Strategic partner who influences senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
• Proven record managing complex searches across functions/geographies.
• Excellent communicator with candidates and executives.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Mission-first mindset with urgency, ownership, and collaboration.
