As a member of our GTM recruiting team, you will attract and hire top GTM talent.

  • Manage full-cycle GTM recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing.
  • Assess candidates; clearly communicate process, value prop, and role expectations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop candidate profiles and structured interview plans.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future GTM roles.
  • Prepare and extend competitive offer packages; manage negotiations to close.
  • Use data and analytics to measure success and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years GTM full-cycle recruiting; proven sales hiring track record.
  • Strong passion for every recruiting step and candidate experience.
  • Experience recruiting specialist and generalist GTM roles across channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple requisitions with prioritization and time management.
  • Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus.
