As a member of our GTM recruiting team, you will attract and hire top GTM talent.
- Manage full-cycle GTM recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing.
- Assess candidates; clearly communicate process, value prop, and role expectations.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop candidate profiles and structured interview plans.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future GTM roles.
- Prepare and extend competitive offer packages; manage negotiations to close.
- Use data and analytics to measure success and improve processes.
π― Requirements
- 2+ years GTM full-cycle recruiting; proven sales hiring track record.
- Strong passion for every recruiting step and candidate experience.
- Experience recruiting specialist and generalist GTM roles across channels.
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple requisitions with prioritization and time management.
- Experience with Ashby ATS is a plus.
