📋 Description

• Define and execute a product enablement strategy for launches
• Create engaging training content: videos, modules, webinars
• Maintain accurate knowledge base and docs
• Develop value-based demo scripts and certification for reps
• Use data to measure training impact and iterate
• Collaborate with Product, PMMs, Marketing on GTM

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product enablement or similar role
• Curriculum design and adult learning principles expertise
• Product acumen to translate features into field training
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Open to AI for training; in-person 4-5 days/wk
