🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Sales Strategy, GTM Strategy & Planning, or Revenue Ops in a high-growth B2B environment
  • Direct experience owning target setting, quotas, segmentation, or territory design
  • Strong understanding of GTM mechanics (quota setting, territory design, book construction, coverage models)
  • Deep modeling experience: capacity modeling and topline/targets to support GTM decisions
  • Advanced analytical skills (SQL, spreadsheets) and experience with Tableau and planning tools (Anaplan)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders
