- Direct experience owning target setting, quotas, segmentation, or territory design
- Strong understanding of GTM mechanics (quota setting, territory design, book construction, coverage models)
- Deep modeling experience: capacity modeling and topline/targets to support GTM decisions
- Advanced analytical skills (SQL, spreadsheets) and experience with Tableau and planning tools (Anaplan)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders
