  • Lead GTM planning across the global sales org; optimize sales coverage and revenue generation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong background in revenue operations, GTM planning, territory management in high-growth sales org.
  • Strong analytical skills: data analysis, modeling, forecasting; Excel, CRM, BI tools.
  • Strong knowledge of tooling for sales planning and market segmentation.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics, pipeline mgmt, revenue forecasting, and GTM alignment.
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with business partners at all levels.
  • Familiarity with sales compensation plans, incentive structures, and SFDC is a plus.
