- Strong background in revenue operations, GTM planning, territory management in high-growth sales org.
- Strong analytical skills: data analysis, modeling, forecasting; Excel, CRM, BI tools.
- Strong knowledge of tooling for sales planning and market segmentation.
- Deep understanding of sales metrics, pipeline mgmt, revenue forecasting, and GTM alignment.
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with business partners at all levels.
- Familiarity with sales compensation plans, incentive structures, and SFDC is a plus.
