📋 Description

  • Acquire and manage relationships with ambassadors and strategic partners.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership processes: prospecting, contracting, onboarding, activation.
  • Overachieve revenue targets through partnerships and referrals.
  • Coordinate with legal, strategy, operations and finance for a seamless partner experience.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Contribute ideas to senior stakeholders on strengthening our partner network.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnerships, sales, marketing or business development.
  • Negotiation and partnership proposal development experience preferred.
  • Strategy/ops or tech/start-up experience advantageous.
  • Existing network with referral partners in e-commerce/start-up space preferred.
  • Excellent English; Chinese optional.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, Salesforce, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
