📋 Description

  • Own a partner portfolio across Accounting, virtual CFOs, and ecommerce partners.
  • Manage processes for acquiring new partnerships: prospecting, onboarding, activation.
  • Implement strategies to keep partners active, referral volume, and impact.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, strategy, operations, finance) for a seamless partner experience.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement to build long-lasting partner relationships.
  • Ideate and experiment GTM ideas to grow the partner network in Australia.

🎯 Requirements

  • Results-driven and accountable for growth targets.
  • Strong relationship builder with channel partnerships (accounting/finance background).
  • Comfortable with in-person presentations and meetings.
  • Proactive self-starter who identifies and executes new partnerships.
  • 3+ years in partnerships, software sales, or business development; fintech/SaaS preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; excellent written/verbal communication.
