Be primary POC for newcomers in their first month; run enablement sessions.
Build workflows and automations to track onboarding progress and accountability.
Continuously optimize onboarding using feedback and ramp data.

🎯 Requirements

2–3+ years in a GTM-facing role.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; adapt to audience.
Strong command of GTM outreach tools.
Hands-on Salesforce reporting; experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato.
End-to-end understanding of the buyer journey.
Growth mindset; eager to learn and improve.
